Mikrobiologisches Monitoring in Echtzeit

Das BioTrak(TM) Messsystem steht für die Detektion luftgetragener Keime in Echtzeit. Es analysiert kontinuierlich die Reinraumluft aseptischer Prozesse und warnt unverzüglich bei mikrobiellen Kontaminationen.

Grundlage für die Sofortalarmierung ist die kontinuierliche Keimzählung mitsamt grafischer Anzeige aller Messergebnisse in 6 Größenkanälen. Als wichtiger Unterstützungsparameter werden auch konventionelle Partikel in den sechs Größenkanälen zwischen 0,5 und 25 Mikrometer gezählt.

Während Partikel mittels konventioneller Lichtstreuung detektiert werden, basiert der Keimnachweis auf laserinduzierter, intrinsischer Fluoreszenz. Als Autofluoreszenz-Keimzähler der zweiten Generation berücksichtigt BioTrak(TM) inelastische Streuinformationen mehrerer Wellenlängen und kann eventuell auftretende mikrobiologische Fehlbefunde (false positives) massiv reduzieren.
