Mit Experts Insight bietet PMCS eine neue Consulting-Dienstleitung zur Überprüfung von Enterprise-Systemen an. Der Service gibt Unternehmen die Möglichkeit, ihre IT-Administration von den zeitaufwändigen Diagnosen unternehmensweiter Software-Lösungen zu entlasten, ohne auf die Früherkennung und -behebung von möglichen Problemherden zu verzichten. Experts Insight umfasst die regelmäßige Auswertung aller wichtigen Kennziffern, Ereignisprotokolle und Fehlermeldungen der ausgewählten Software.
