Auf diesem Weg können Kunden, ITDienstleister und das phion Support Center gemeinsam auf netfence Appliances zugreifen.

Live Assist baut eine sichere VNC-Verbindung für Supportfälle von phion-Kunden auf. Ein Rückgriff auf eine externe Remote-Support-Lösung ist nicht mehr nötig. Im Gegensatz zum direkten Zugriff auf phion.a, bietet Live Assist den Vorteil, dass der Kunde live und in Echtzeit die Änderungen, die durch den Support durchgeführt werden, nachvollziehen kann.
