PeopleSoft, Inc. (Nasdaq: PSFT) will release fiscal 2004 second quarter financial results after the close of the market on Tuesday, July 27, 2004, followed by a conference call at 3:00 p.m. (PT).

A live audio-only web cast of the call will be made available on PeopleSoft’s web site at http://www.peoplesoft.com/go/investor. A rebroadcast of the audio-only web cast will be made available for seven days following the call and will be accessible on PeopleSoft’s web site.
