PAV CARD presents MIFARE Plus cards at the CARTES 2009 in cooperation with NXP. MIFARE Plus is the further development of MIFARE classic. PAV CARD offers the cards with 4 and 7 byte. The innovative product from the German card manufacturer promise particularly more security for many business applications like access management, public transport or electronic toll collection. The reason therefore lies in the fact that it is possible to order the cards with Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) from PAV CARD for example. This technology is also approved by the US government authorities for secret documents beyond 2020.
