Die neuen High Power PhotoMOS Relais der Serie AQZ von Panasonic Electric Works vereinen die Vorzüge elektromechanischer Relais mit moderner Halbleitertechnik. So ermöglichen sie das zuverlässige, verschleißfreie und geräuschlose Schalten von AC- wie DC-Lasten je nach Type bis zu 200V oder 6A im kompakten 4-pin SIL Gehäuse (L/ B/ H = 21mm/ 3,5mm/ 12,5 mm). Dabei liegt der typische Übergangswiderstand bei geringsten 15mOhm. Zur Ansteuerung der LED am Eingang genügen typ. 1mA, wodurch sich sehr energieeffiziente Applikationen realisieren lassen.

Sie sind somit ideal zum Steuern und Regeln von beispielsweise Heizelementen, Motoren oder Lampen geeignet.
