ON Semiconductor (Nasdaq: ONNN), ein führender Hersteller von Power Management-Halbleiterlösungen, hat heute vier neue, leistungsstarke bipolare Low Dropout (LDO)-Linearregler vorgestellt. Mit Ausgangsströmen, die von 0,5 bis zu 3,0 Ampere (A) reichen, und sehr niedrigen Störabständen, eignen sich die neuen Bauteile NCP3335A, NCP5661, NCP565, NCP5662, und NCP5663 ideal für den Einsatz in Netzwerkanwendungen sowie für Anwendungen in der Datenverarbeitung, in Set-top-Boxen, Spielekonsolen und Displays.

Diese linearen Regler mit 1 bis 3 A bieten Ausgangsspannungen bis hinunter zu 0,9 Volt (V) und verwenden eine spezielle Mischarchitektur, die extrem schnelle (< 1,0 Mikrosekunden) dynamische (a.k.a., transient) Ansprechzeiten an wechselnde Ausgangslasten bereitstellen.
