Das CAP200 ist ein gekapseltes Hochleistungsrelais. Bei geschlossenen Kontakten kann es einen Dauerstrom von 500A tragen. Die Betriebsspannung beträgt 12 bis 900 VDC. Im Falle einer Notabschaltung ist das Unterbrechen eines Stromes von bis zu 2000A möglich. Mit diesen Daten ist es im industriellen Bereich das kleinste, leichteste und preisgünstigste hermetisch dichte Schütz.

Um eine hohe Wirtschaftlichkeit zu erzielen wird nach dem Schließen des Kontaktes die Leistungsaufnahme der Spule wahlweise mechanisch oder elektronisch auf 1,7 W zurückgeregelt. Der Spulenanschluß kann flexibel über freie Drahtenden oder kundenspezifische Steckverbindungen erfolgen. Das Schütz kann optional mit einem Hilfskontakt für das Rückmelden der Csyjphrwbtviaem zuepipernes gyfreg.
