Integralis AG is acquiring from US companies Neohapsis Inc. and KSR Inc. their CENTRIS(TM) technology platform. At the same time, it is taking over their managed service business. The CENTRIS technology will enhance the existing Integralis ISIS security platform with the addition of management services for database, web and mail servers as well as operating and other systems.
