Der Vorstand der NorCom Information Technology AG hat heute mit Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrats beschlossen, der Hauptversammlung vom 16. Juni 2014 vorzuschlagen, eine Kapitalherabsetzung zu beschließen. Das Grundkapital der Gesellschaft in Höhe von EUR 10.626.176,00, eingeteilt in 10.626.176 auf den Inhaber lautende Stückaktien mit einem rechnerischen Nennwert von jeweils EUR 1,00 je Stückaktie, soll zunächst um EUR 76,00 auf EUR 10.626.100,00 und dann um EUR 9.563.553,00,- auf EUR 1.062.617,00, eingeteilt in 1.062.617 auf den Inhaber lautende Stückaktien mit einem rechnerischen Nennwert von jeweils EUR 1,00 je Stückaktie herabgesetzt werden.
