Dr. Rolf Soiron, Chairman of the Board of Directors (non-executive) of Nobel Biocare, has announced his intentions to step down from this position at the latest by the Annual General Meeting on 25 March 2010. Dr. Soiron has recently taken over the position of President of the Foundation Board of the think tank Avenir Suisse and furthermore has been elected to the International Committee of the Red Cross. This early announcement gives the Board of Directors the opportunity to carefully prepare for Dr. Soiron's succession.
