Colored Low-e coatings for aluminium surfaces

neoxid GmbH presents the latest technology at the Hannover Messe

(PresseBox) (Neuss, ) standard for insulating glasses, is rarely used for facades. But also here it's possible to coat aluminium in an inexpensive and simple process. The coating reduces the emissivity and minimize the heating by thermal radiation. Particularly for upper surfaces of buildings in the sunny regions of the world, a low-e coating is essential.The neoxid GmbH has succeeded to develop low-e coatings for aluminum facades/profiles/foils. These coatings reach better absorption and reflection values than other available surfaces.

In addition, it ist possible to adjust various colors. This is absolutely new on the market.The coating can be economically applied in a roll-to-roll process. Thereby it also receives an excellent corrosion resistance. Regarding this, the layer combination is superior to commercially available PVD coatings. Furthermore, the layers from neoxid are sturdy, durable, non-fading and thermally stable. Finished aluminium stripes can e.g. be further processed to adhesive tapes and then applied to any surface.
