Im Zuge einer Sachkapitalerhöhung übernimmt die Kieler fluxx.com Aktiengesellschaft (ISIN DE 0005763502), führender Dienstleister für die Vermittlung von Lotto und Wetten, die DSM Lottoservice GmbH rückwirkend zum 1.1.2004. Das Hamburger Unternehmen ist eine Tochtergesellschaft der DSM Direct Sales Marketing GmbH, die seit gut zwei Jahren als Vertriebsgesellschaft von Lotto-Tippgemeinschaften tätig ist und zu den wichtigsten Vermarktungspartnern von fluxx.com in diesem Marktsegment gehört. Die DSM Lottoservice GmbH, die das komplette operative Geschäft von ihrer Muttergesellschaft übernommen hat, hält derzeit Spielgemeinschaftsverträge im fünfstelligen Bereich.
