MUSIC Group have today announced completion of their two newest Customer CARE Centers, situated in Las Vegas, Nevada and Kidderminster, UK. Equipped with the latest in diagnostics and repair equipment and staffed by 65 skilled and highly motivated employees, these centers are already offering rapid turnaround with genuine parts and factory-certified technicians for all MUSIC Group brands, including BEHRINGER, BUGERA, MIDAS, KLARK TEKNIK and TURBOSOUND.

"Two years ago we launched a massive audit of our customer CARE systems and determined that the best way to ensure a superior customer experience was to bring product repair in-house," states company founder and CEO Uli Behringer. "With one of the lowest defect rates in the industry, it only made sense to deliver after-sale repair and parts supply directly to our end users so as to ensure the best possible experience with our products."
