Robust measurement and calibration equipment for the process industry, in combination with calibration certificates
Process calibrators PC-HA und multi function calibrator PC-MF
The smaller compact calibrators are available for measuring ranges voltage/current, resistance thermometer/resitor, thermocouple/voltage and temperature source (thermocouple, resistance thermometer, resitor und voltage) and are all characterized by a high accuracy (e.g., in output DC ampere ±0.05% of set value with ±4µA). They are battery operated with a continuous operating time of approximately 12 hours at 10 mA and can be used in ambient temperatures between 0 and 50 ° C at humidity of max 80% RH.
As a top unit of the product group, the multifunction process calibrator PC-MF is available which covers all measuring areas of the small calibrators in one device. The PC-MF is a likewise batteryoperated instrument which can be used as a measuring instrument and transducer for the most different electric and physical parameters. Thus, the device covers all measuring ranges and output sources like, voltage, current, resistor, frequency, thermocouple, resistance thermometer, pulse and pressure and is characterized by highest accuracy at the same time.
In addition to these measuring functions, the PC-MF has other functional features:
- You can operate the measurement and source function simultaneously. The LCD screen is divided into two separate areas, whose upper part displays measurement information and the lower part displays source information
- TC measurement/source terminals and builtin lead connector have available RJ compensation with autoreference joint point

The characteristics of the PC-MF are based on those of compact calibrators with a process operation time in 9 V battery operation of approx. 12 hours at operating temperatures between 0 to 50°C. The dimensions in the transport pocket, contained in the scope of supply, are 200x175x60 mm with approx. 850 g weight for the compact devices PC-HA (size and weight calibrator: 205x100x45mm, 550g). The multifunction calibrator PC-MF is 220x175x60mm in size and 1100g light inside the bag (device: 205x95x45mm, 610g). All device cases are made of sturdy plastic in a shockresistant hard rubber protective covering.
As a niche product in the category of calibrators, Müller Industrie-Elektronik provides the strain gauge simulator SGS-HA specifically for the strain gauge force measurement. Output resistance 390 ohms, input by bridge supply from 5 to 10VDC and output 0 to 50 mV with an accuracy of up to 0.01% of FS.
