Die MGate W5108/ 5208-Serie sorgt für die zuverlässige Anbindung von seriellen Modbus-Geräten ans Wireless LAN. Dank ihrer robusten Konstruktion sind die Gateways optimal für den Einsatz in anspruchsvollen Industrieanwendungen, wie in der Öl- und Gasindustrie und der Prozess- sowie Fabrikautomation, geeignet. In diesen Anwendungsbereichen reduziert MGate mittels IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n-Unterstützung den Verkabelungsaufwand.

Die MGate W5108/ 5208-Serie verfügt über WEP/ WPA/ WPA2-Authentifizierung und sorgt somit für eine sichere Datenübertragung.
