The Web-based Optimove software is powered by unique customer modeling technology, developed by the company over the past three years. The system allows marketers and retention experts to drive one-to-one marketing campaigns which maximize the impact of every marketing action and offer. This is accomplished by systematically achieving the best match between each campaign and every customer. Version 2.4 adds a number of significant new capabilities, including more complex target group selection criteria, a faster predictive analytics engine, a powerful cohort tracking and analysis system, enhanced dynamic micro-segmentation, an expanded API and direct integration with EmailVision (existing integrations included SilverPop and ExactTarget).
