Mikron's Board of Directors has decided to simplify the Group's management structure and to adjust it to the size of the Group. From 1 January 2010, the Board of Directors will steer Mikron through the current economically challenging period with leaner structures and shorter lines of command.
In future, the COOs of the Group's two divisions - Bruno Cathomen of Machining Technology, who took up his post on 1 October 2009, and Rolf Rihs of Assembly Technology - will report direct to the Board of Directors.
