Neue konfokale Sensoren für präzise Abstands- und Dickenmessungen

Die konfokalen Sensoren der neuen Generation sind für die Ermittlung präziser Abstände und zur Dickenmessung transparenter Materialien konzipiert. Der confocalDT IFS2407-3 und der confocalDT IFS 2404/90-2 lösen zahlreiche neue Applikationen auf gekrümmten Oberflächen und in beengten Bauräumen bei Serienanwendungen. Zusammen mit den confocalDT Controllern erreicht Micro-Epsilon mit konfokalen Systemen Messraten von bis zu 70 kHz.

Messung auf gekrümmten Oberflächen

Modernste Technologie ermöglicht beim confocalDT IFS2407-3 einen hohen Verkippungswinkel von bis zu ± 30°. Dadurch können gekrümmte und strukturierte Oberflächen zuverlässig und präzise erfasst werden.
