Der konfokale Sensor confocalDT IFS2407-0,1 eröffnet neue Anwendungsfelder in der präzisen konfokalen Weg- und Dickenmessung. Mit einer Auflösung von 3 nm ermöglicht der kompakte Sensor Messungen mit sehr hoher Genauigkeit. Er bietet einen großen Verkippungswinkel sowie einen 3 µm kleinen Lichtpunkt. Dadurch lassen sich Rauheitsmessungen mit hoher Präzision realisieren. Die Dickenmessung von transparenten Materialien kann bereits ab 5 µm Materialstärke erfolgen.

Mit dem IFS2407-0,1 stellt Micro-Epsilon einen kompakten konfokalen Sensor vor, der dank innovativer Technologie neue Anwendungsbereiche in der Weg- und Dickenmessung erschließt. Der Messbereich des Sensors beträgt nur 100 µm. Die Stärke des Sensors liegt also im Detail.
