Der innovative Sensor surfaceCONTROL 3D 3500 von Micro-Epsilon wird zur hochpräzisen Inline-3D-Messung eingesetzt. Mit einer Wiederholpräzision von bis zu 0,4 µm in z-Richtung erreicht der Sensor eine neue Leistungsklasse. Der Snapshot-Sensor ermöglicht eine echte 3D-Auswertungen von Geometrie, Form und Oberfläche und wird zur Inlinemessung eingesetzt. Gleichzeitig steht mit 3DInspect eine durchgängige Softwarelösung für das gesamte 3D-Sensorportfolio von Micro-Epsilon zur Verfügung.
