Meypack successfully brings the interpack 2008 to a close

Visitors are impressed by the fully automatic adjustment points on the VP 501 and the FTS-B-HD 32 bag closing machine with new pneumatic / Four machines sold

Nottuln-Appelhülsen, (PresseBox) - Four packaging machines were sold by Meypack during this year's interpack 2008 in Düsseldorf. In addition, other concrete inquiries for both the domestic and export markets are currently under negotiation. "We are more than satisfied with the results of this trade fair. With four machines sold, including an SW Series shrink wrapper and three FTS bag closing machines, we have exceeded the goals we set for ourselves. In addition, as with the last interpack in 2005, we were once again very pleased with the high quality of visitors at our stand. The VP 501 on exhibit was of particular interest to many of the visitors, given that is operable without change parts, has motorised adjustment points, a large blank magazine and an ergonomic blank loading station. With this machine, Meypack has once again demonstrated how its CleanDesign Construction Principle looks in the flesh.

The bag closing machine on display was highly regarded by the trade visitors. The re-conceptualised corporate design, the new, comprehensive product catalogue and the customer newsletter that was published for the first time in a magazine format were all received positively," explained Export and Marketing Director Klaus M. Vogel enthusiastically.

During the interpack 2008, which ran from April 24th - 30th, 2008 in Düsseldorf, Meypack presented the re-engineered FTS-B-HD 32 bag closing machine with its new pneumatics as well as the VP 501 tray and wrap-around packaging machine with fully automatic adjustment points.
