The Supervisory Board of METRO AG has unanimously appointed Christiane Giesen to the Management Board as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Labour Director with effect from 1 December 2022 or earlier. She will succeed Andrea Euenheim, who left the Management Board on 31 March 2022.
