Commenting on the appointments, John Lazar, chairman of the board, said: "It would be a significant step for Metaswitch to add either one of these leading industry figures to its board. Securing the benefit of both Bill's technology insight and Jeff's financial and strategic acumen will be a key advantage for Metaswitch as we strengthen our leadership position in the telecom industry."
"Our industry is moving rapidly, and it is vital that we continue to innovate and accelerate our growth into new markets and new technologies," added Kevin DeNuccio, Metaswitch CEO. "We are therefore thrilled that Bill and Jeff, who have navigated many such shifts in their highly successful careers, have agreed to join the board and share their experience, guidance and advice."
