Nach viel versprechenden Partnerschaften im Software-Bereich mit den Firmen COSATEQ (www.cosateq.de) und MCD Elektronik (www.mcd-elektronik.de) ist Meilhaus Electronic nun für den Bereich Industrie-PC eine weitere Kooperation eingegangen: Ab sofort liefert Meilhaus Electronic PICE-Boxen des Embedded- und Industrie-PC-Spezialist PLUG-IN Electronic (www.plug-in.de) zusammen mit den Mess- und Steuer-Karten aus eigener Entwicklung. Die hierfür zusammengestellte PICE-Version ist ein lüfterloser, sehr leiser und energiesparender Embedded-Box-PC im robusten Aluminium-Gehäuse. Die Ausstattungs-Daten entsprechen in ihrer Leistung ungefähr denen der ME-Neuron, dem Industrie-PC-System aus dem Hause Meilhaus Electronic. Die PICE-Box hat zwei PCI-Slots und ergänzt damit die auf CompactPCI basierende ME-Neuron.
