MCA, Anbieter von Unified-Communications-Lösungen für alle wichtigen IT-Plattformen, bietet einen Ersatz für die zum 1. Mai 2010 abgekündigte Voiceover-IP-Applikation von IBM. Mit dem Konvy Unified Communications für System i lässt sich der Mittelstandsserver an beliebige VoIP- und PBX-Telefonanlagen anbinden.

Die Middleware für die Verbindung von System i und Telefonanlagen ist bereits eine bewährte Lösung, die in zahlreichen Anwendungen zum Einsatz kommt. Der Konvy Unified Communications für System i integriert TK-Funktionen inklusive VoIP in CRM-Systeme, ERP-Lösungen, Warenwirtschaftssysteme, Datenbanken und alle anderen Systemibasierenden Applikationen.

Die VoIP-Lösung für die System i ist auch ab morgen auf dem CeBIT-Messestand der MCA (Halle 0, Vfkjg G85, Tmataaoae 00) ma ldozu.
