Best truck brand in Germany
The so-called image ranking gives a representative impression of the trust the market places in the most important brands in the commercial vehicle sector. According to the Emnid study beside product quality and customer orientation one increasingly decisive factor for the image of a company is its environmental orientation.
"We are very proud of this prize. After all, this award reflects the representative opinion of the market about our products and services and confirms us in our work", declared Peter Erichreineke, Director of Sales and Marketing of MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG, during the official handover of the prize in Munich on February 14th 2008.
"I am convinced that our fascinating new truck ranges TGX and TGS, which are also the "Truck of the Year 2008", have contributed to this superb rating. Since with these new trucks we have proved that efficiency and emotion are not necessarily a contradiction in terms", added Professor Dr. Karl Viktor Schaller, Director of Engineering and Procurement.
