This is not a production release. The goal of this release is to gather feedback from the community and to consolidate our development efforts towards a final release, expected within the next 3 weeks.
Magnolia 3.6 makes Magnolia faster and more robust. It introduces considerable performance enhancements, transactional activation, a new cache API and a new backup tool that allows to migrate version information.
Changes made in the way we version and activate content could be quite sensitive and we encourage you to test this release and provide feedback.
