Auf nach Malaysia - Team des Lufthansa Training & Conference Center Seeheim gewinnt den Wettbewerb der Food + Beverage Management Association (FBMA)

Am 05. Juni 2011 traten sechs Teams beim FBMA Casting in Frankfurt an. Die FBMA ist der Fachverband für Führungskräfte aus der Hotellerie und Gastronomie. Das Team des Lufthansa Training & Conference Center Seeheim, bestehend aus Christina Merz (Köchin), Jasmin Petker (Restaurantfachfrau) und Fabian Balduf (Barkeeper) setzte sich erfolgreich gegen zwei Teams im Finale durch und wird Deutschland vom 20.09.2011 bis 23.09.2011 als "FBMA Germany Dream Team Culinaire Malaysia 2011" in Kuala Lumpur vertreten. Unter dem Motto "Kulinarischer Abendspaziergang durch Paris" mussten die drei ihre fachliche Kompetenz unter Beweis stellen und die Jury von ihrem Können überzeugen.
