LoeschPack presents integrated flow wrapping system solution

Flow wrapping performance

Altendorf/Bamberg, (PresseBox) - At PackExpo International, the main event for processing and packaging innovations in 2016, the packaging machine manufacturer LoeschPack will be showcasing its innovative and efficient system solution for flow packs. "On booth S-2595 in South Building, we will again be demonstrating our credentials as a system provider in the premium segment," says managing director Andreas Graf. "Increasing flexibility allows us to boost packaging efficiency and with it the competitiveness of our customers on the world's dynamic markets."

Loesch F-Series - horizontal flow wrap platform

At PackExpo International 2016, LoeschPack is presenting the latest version of its horizontal high-performance F-Series platform for packaging chocolate, biscuits, chewing gum etc. in flow packs. LoeschPack is championing top performance, outstanding overall equipment effectiveness and excellent format flexibility combined with low packaging costs on the system solution being exhibited, which includes the LOOP buffer system. Extremely short format changeover times make the new product a compelling proposition for customers facing increasingly fierce competition. Every setting can be precisely reproduced, guaranteeing stable machine operation after only a very short time. This ensures maximum performance. The space-saving and compact modular design is also typical LoeschPack. Intelligent process engineering for the seal modules means fewer rejects when stopping and starting the packaging machine. This makes the new F-Series more resistant to varying ambient conditions. The new product also features the very best hygiene characteristics. Fewer stoppages, simple and time-saving procedures and outstanding maintenance accessibility increase the efficiency of the Loesch F-Series flow wrapping machines. Alongside fold wrapping machinery, the new product is easy to integrate in a system with buffer, feeder, secondary and tertiary packing from LoeschPack. The FCB F-Series variant on show in line combination packs up to 800 chocolate bars in hot sealable film at a speed of over 80 metres a minute.
