In order to allow Gorenje to display its rich content directly on the product detail pages of its retail partners, retailers simply install a plug-in in their online store by copying and pasting. From that point on, comprehensive product data flows to the store in real time. The manufacturer of household appliances has stored all product information for each individual product centrally on the loadbee IT platform for content syndication. As a result, retailers are able to benefit from Gorenje content in their online stores. Gorenje creates a so-called "digital product profile" consisting of laid-out rich content (videos, images, text, and more) following the company's corporate image. As soon as Gorenje publishes a change to a product (a recently won award, for instance), this information is displayed immediately in the retail store as well. The solution is completely free for retailers.

At the same time, Gorenje reaches its shared end customers using its own look and feel. As Lietzau explains, "We use loadbee, because it provides us with the best possible way of keeping our retail partners and customers up-to-date. It was not always easy for us in the past to embed this product information. There were often content requirements stipulated by the retailer that manufacturers had to comply with. loadbee allows us to display our rich content 1:1 and in real time everywhere." It is a win-win for industry and retail.
