LDW unterzeichnet Lizenzvertrag in China

Die Lloyd-Dynamowerke GmbH & Co. KG (LDW) hat in China einen Know-how-Lizenzvertrag für den Bau von Windkraftgeneratoren abgeschlossen. Das Unternehmen Sichuan Dong Feng Electric Machinery Works Co., Ltd., erhält von LDW das notwendige technische Wissen, um Asynchrongeneratoren der heutigen 1,5-Megawatt-Standardklasse zu produzieren. Die Fertigungs- und Vertriebslizenz ist für den gesamten chinesischen Markt gültig.
Mit dem Bau eines Mustergenerators im Bremer LDW-Werk wird die Zusammenarbeit in Kürze beginnen. Im Rahmen der Fertigung werden gleichzeitig Mitarbeiter des chinesischen Partnerunternehmens ausgebildet. Anschließend werden die Unterlagen übergeben und fünf Prototypen komplett in China gebaut, wobei LDW die Sichuan Dong Feng Electric Machinery Works durch bci Kuqvqovmqu prj Mcsuzdafehc ywvbrkjqdtk.
