Linear Technology Corporation announces the LTC3221/-3.3/-5 regulated step up charge pumps offered in the compact 2mm x 2mm DFN package. Featuring 60mA output current and Burst Mode® operation, the LTC3221 family consumes an ultra-low quiescent current of 8uA, saving battery run time in portable device applications. The LTC3221 has an adjustable output voltage and a wide input voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V with a maximum output level not greater than twice the available input voltage.
