Der Technologiekonzern The Linde Group hat die russische Firma SaKiZ (ZAO Samarsky Oxygen Plant), einen regionalen Anbieter von technischen Gasen mit Sitz im südrussischen Samara, übernommen. Über den Kaufpreis haben die Vertragspartner Stillschwei­gen vereinbart.
Das Unternehmen mit mehr als 200 Mitarbeitern produziert und vertreibt Luftgase (Stickstoff, Sauer­stoff, Kohlendioxid, Helium und Argon), sowohl in verflüssigtem als auch in gasförmigem Zustand. SaKiZ ist Marktfuehrer in der wirtschaftlich schnell wachsenden Wolga-Region.
