Im Vergleich zu den klassischen Kameramodellen der M8 Serie in schwarz oder silbern, ist die strahlend-weiße Ausführung der Blickfang in diesem Sommer: Extravagant in der Erscheinung und dabei so exklusiv, dass sie nicht jeder haben kann. Denn die schicke Edelausführung wird nur in einer begrenzten Stückzahl von 275 Exemplaren gefertigt. Die LEICA M8 "White Edition" ist ab Juni 2009 im Set zusammen mit dem silbern eloxierten Objektiv LEICA ELMARIT-M 1:2,8/28mm ASPH. erhältlich. Liebhaber exklusiver Einzelstücke können sich den "Traum in weiß" für 7000 Euro rhtmhyun.
