Laird Technologies to Participate in ESC Boston 2011

Company to Display Entire Product Portfolio of Telematics and Wireless M2M Solutions

Laird Technologies will have on display items from its telematics product portfolio, including smart antennas, asset tracking devices, and track & transport solutions that can be utilized in a variety of automotive applications. These products deliver low-profile, high-performance, and cost-effective solutions for modern vehicle requirements, and feature small form factors that allow for the easy installation of the device virtually anywhere inside or outside of a vehicle.

The company will also display its complete line of industry-leading wireless M2M product solutions including high-performance proprietary radio modules, Bluetooth® radio modules and WLAN radio modules. Included will be Laird Technologies' latest Bluetooth modules, the Enhanced Data Modules which provide support for Serial Port Profile (SPP), Human Interface Device (HID) and Health Device Profile (HDP) and which also support up to seven slave devices for point to multipoint networks. Laird Technologies will also have information on its latest Connex series product, the ConnexLAN 400 Wireless Ethernet Bridge. The ConnexLAN 400 is a simple to use wireless Ethernet Bridge capable of operating up to 11Mbps and at distances up to 1 mile. The These wireless embedded solutions benefit the medical and industrial, asset and fleet management, smart antenna, telematics and EPOS market segments.
