Labsphere (www.labsphere.com) hat seine CDS-5400- und CDS-9800-Hochgeschwindigkeits-LED-Spektrometer lanciert, die sich für verschiedenste LED-Analysen eignen. Beide Modelle zeichnen sich durch Verlässlichkeit, Schnelligkeit und Genauigkeit aus und ihr Spektralumfang deckt sämtliche Anwendungsbereiche ab.

Integriert in die Labsphere-Systeme messen die CDS-Spektrometer kritische LED-Spektralcharakteristika, beispielsweise Lichtstrom, Intensität, Farbkoordinaten; dominante-, Peak- und Schwerpunktwellenlänge; Farbtemperatur und Farbwiedergabe sowie Reinheit. Zur Erfassung und Organisation der Daten lassen sich die Spektrometer mithilfe von DLL-Treibern an firmeneigene QA-, Kalibrierungs- und Produktionssoftware anschließen.

Aufgrund seines Spektralbereichs von 305-930 nm eignet sich das CDS-5400-Modell sehr gut für Online-Prüfung von ultrahellen LEDs.
