Kyzen Further Strengthens Customer Support with Successful Asian Distributor Training Session
The first session was held from January 16-18 and was designed for Chinese speaking distributors. A total of nine partners from China and Taiwan attended. The second session was held from January 23-25 and was for English speaking distributors. Fourteen representatives from Thailand, India, Korea and Vietnam attended, as well as Kyzen's Malaysian partner JKS.
Each of the training sessions covered two days of informative meetings and hands-on training. Jason Chan, Kyzen's Asia technology manager, presented on the company's newest products, best usage of its cleaning chemistry and customer support. Both training programs were designed specifically to ensure that Kyzen distributors gain important product knowledge and are able to recommend and support Kyzen products with confidence.
