Kunststoff-Institut auf der Fakuma 2012

Innovationen rund um die Werkzeug- und Verfahrenstechnik stehen auf der diesjährigen internationalen Kunststoffmesse Fakuma vom 16. - 20.10.2012 im Fokus.

An einer laufenden Maschine wird ein Kunststoffteil aus dem Lebensmittelbereich mit besonders Material,- Design- und Festigkeitsanforderungen produziert.

Ziel ist es, gewünschte Oberflächen während des Spritzgießprozesses mit einem Minimum an Nacharbeit herzustellen. Beispiele bieten die Induktionstechnik bei Werkzeugen, die Oberflächentechnik an Werkzeugeinsätzen, die flächige Temperierung mittels BFMOLD® oder die konturnahe Kühlung mittels Laser CUSING® -Technolgie. Genau daran wird das Institut auch in diesem Jahr anknüpfen und die Entwicklungen aus den neuen und laufenden Verbundprojekten vorstellen.
