KBC Insurance will launch a public tender offer on its Bulgarian insurance subsidiary DZI. KBC Insurance currently holds 90.35% of DZI. The bid price is set at 71 BGN per share, while the maximum total consideration amounts to BGN 26.5 million (approx. 13.5 million EUR).
The tender offer is expected to start in the fourth quarter of 2011 and to expire beginning 2012.
