Richtlinie VDI 3035 (Entwurf): Gestaltung von Werkzeugmaschinen, Fertigungsanlagen und peripheren Einrichtungen für den Einsatz von Kühlschmierstoffen

Die erfolgreiche Konstruktion und Produktion von Fertigungseinrichtungen für den Einsatz von Kühlschmierstoffen erfordert gute Kenntnisse der Wechselwirkungen zwischen Anlagen und Metallbearbeitungsflüssigkeiten. Die überarbeitete Richtlinie VDI 3035 (Entwurf) fasst Anforderungen an Werkzeugmaschinen zusammen, die in der Praxis beachtet werden müssen. Dazu zählen gesetzliche Vorschriften zum Umweltschutz, Besonderheiten der Schmierstoffe sowie fertigungstechnische und Wartungsgesichtspunkte beim Betreiben der Anlagen. Die Richtlinie ist vor allem für Konstrukteure und Einkäufer von Werkzeugmaschinen von großem Interesse. In der neuen Fassung sind die aktuellen Erkenntnisse zur Verträglichkeit von modernen Kühlschmierstoffen mit in der Werkzeugmaschine verwendeten Konstruktionswerkstoffen eingebracht worden.
