Big KBA Comet press line shapes up in Córdoba

Next summer, Iniciativas de Publicaciones e Impresión in Córdoba, Spain, is adding yet another extension to its single-width KBA Comet press line which, when it was initially installed back in 1995, was one of the first newspaper presses worldwide to feature shaftless drives. To enhance its printing and colour capacity the south Spanish newspaper publishing house has placed an order with Koenig & Bauer for a Comet press with four KBA Pastoline reelstands, four towers for 4/4 and a KF3 folder. An existing section will have two more Pastoline reelstands and towers added.
