Auf der heutigen ordentlichen Hauptversammlung der Knorr-Bremse AG folgten die Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre dem Vorschlag von Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat, für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 eine Dividende in Höhe von 1,75 EUR je dividendenberechtigte Stückaktie (161.200.000 Aktien) auszuschütten. Dies entspricht einer Steigerung um rund 7 Prozent gegenüber dem Vorjahr (1,64 EUR je Aktie). Die Ausschüttungssumme beträgt somit rund 282 Mio. EUR. Die damit einhergehende diesjährige Anhebung der Ausschüttungsquote auf rund 60 Prozent trägt dem Umstand Rechnung, dass nicht-cashwirksame Sondereffekte
