First European headphone fair CanJam an instant success with visitors and exhibitors

Berlin, (PresseBox) - Approximately 600 visitors attended headphone show CanJam on September 21st and 22nd to try out headphones, amplifiers and accessories and to exchange the latest headphone news. A total of 60 brands represented the entire range of mobile audio: from 30-Euro earphones to five-digit high-end headphones, from headphone amplifiers to hi-res portable players and even exclusive headphone stands.

Visitors and exhibitors from all over Europe and as far away as Asia and North America made CanJam 2013 a truly international event of headphone enthusiasts and manufacturers. A dedicated community area was home to about 50 hobbyists who presented modified headphones, elaborate equipment and DIY projects like home-made tube amplifiers and exchanged ideas and hearing impressions. "One visitor came all the way from Israel just to attend the event", organizer Juliane Thümmel explains, beaming with pride about the response to Europe's first dedicated headphone show.

Exhibitors met vivid and competent visitors, who seized the opportunity to talk extensively to developers and company representatives present at the show. "Due to the specific nature of the event, both visitors and exhibitors were highly focused", explains Thümmel. "We will definitely expand on our proven concept, our goal for CanJam 2014 is to have at least 100 brands present at the show.
