New system solutions for industrial welding tasks
Making the work easier with unique telescopic mast and multifunctional welding inverter
With the telescopic mast with folding boom, Kjellberg Finsterwalde has developed a column and boom system for welding tasks in heavy steel construction which is unique in the market. While conventional welding masts extend the boom telescopically in a linear direction, with articulated joints the folding boom of the Kjellberg telescopic mast is much more flexible. The links of the folding mast can be extended and retracted. As a result the mast saves space at the workplace. The mast can be adjusted in height and can be rotated through 360 degrees around its own axis. At the fair the multikinematic telescopic mast will be presented as a system solution with a tandem welding head. The telescopic mast with tandem welding head is just one example of the custom Kjellberg products for industrial production tasks.
The multifunctional welding inverters of the KUB series will also be presented new at the fair. The compact KUB inverters from Kjellberg Finsterwalde give users the flexible solution for welding with various methods. The multifunctional inverters KUB 500i, KUB 1000i and KUB 1500i can be used for gas-shielded metal-arc welding, TIG-, submerged arc-, manual arc- or keyhole welding as well as gouging. They promise further simplification of work and saving of investment costs for industry and trade. From 2014 the KUB inverters will be available from Kjellberg Finsterwalde with the simple switchover function from DC to AC.
In the field of welding technology custom-made complete systems for industrial customers have been at the heart of the Kjellberg range for a long time. Consequently the wear protection system Fidur with build-up welded plates, build-up welding gantry and welding materials will also be exhibited at the show as well as the high performance TIG process InFocus, which can be individually adapted to joining tasks for welding and soldering of all steels and non-ferrous metals.
