Berührungslose Werkzeuginnendruckmessung

Kistler bietet mit den Messdübelsensoren Typ 9243B..., 9245B... und 9247A... jetzt die op-timale Lösung zur Messung des Werkzeuginnendrucks bei Bauteilen mit extremen Anfor-derungen an optische Eigenschaften und Oberflächen. Die Sensoren sind hinter der Wan-dung der Kavität in die Werkzeugstruktur oder in den Prägestempel eingebracht und messen dort die durch den Werkzeuginnendruck verursachte Stauchung des Stahls. Der von der Kavitätenoberfläche entfernt liegende Einbauort verhindert so auch eine Beein-flussung des Temperaturfeldes nahe der Werkzeugoberfläche.

Bei optischen Spritzgussteilen wie Linsen oder Lichtleitern sowie bei Formteilen mit Class-A-Oberflächen für die Automobiltechnik war eine Werkzeuginnendruckmessung bisher nicht möglich. Ihre Oberflächen dürfen keine Markierungen von Sensoren, Giznwfgudvj wmyl Xwumviiyfz ekrqgynic.
