"Safe production guaranteed by controlled interfaces" - This is the theme of the KIESELMANN FLUID PROCESS GROUP at Brau Beviale 2012

Knittlingen, (PresseBox) - KIESELMANN is representing its wide valve and component production range.

Of course, the new compact valve series KI-DS is presented again. Three actuators of different capacity are available here. By simply turning the pneumatic actuators, the desired valve function can be adjusted either to air to open-spring to close or to spring to open-air to close.

Combined with the new control head KI-TOP, KIESELMANN double seat valves offer full control on the valve positions. In addition to the defined signals of the control head, the valve position is captured via the spindle position and output to a higher-level control. Possible leakages are detected by the escape of liquids. This, too, can be reported to a central control by means of a sensor. KIESELMANN double seat valves switch leakage-free, this assures a reliable indication.

KIESELMANN is also representing DUNOS RN 90, a new significant cleaner for manifold tasks in the field of vessel cleaning. This medium-driven cleaning head works in a particularly efficient way. Due to a high mechanical action, each rotation covers the complete surface in the vessel the cleaner was designed for. Thus, for example, the vessel dome and the very dirty area of the vapour phase are optimally cleaned. This area is covered at any rotation of the rotor. An intensive cleaning is possible at 14 rpm within a short period. The specific nozzle equipment produces a high mechanical cleaning effect, can be variably fitted and designed for different vessel geometries. Beyond this, DUNOS RN 90 is very suitable for the rinsing of the washed up hot break cone in a whirlpool.

A 100 % controlled cleaning is offered by the spray ball DUNOS Rval combined with the pressure sensor DWD. Owing to the integrated sensor system at the rotating spraying head, the movement of the head or the falling below a programmable minimum number of revolutions resp. is reliably reported. The pressure sensor DWD is mounted at the tank surface and reports wetting with the cleaning medium. This combination assures full monitoring and thus reliable cleaning.
