The KIESELMANN program offers valves and valve components for almost every application. It ranges from butterfly valves over single-seat and double-seat valves, tank and safety fittings to sampling valves and process control components. KIESELMANN also offers a multitude of solutions for tanks and vessels in cleaning technology.

The KIESELMANN tank dome fitting, which disposes of the advantageous single-hole mounting, was considerably improved. The result is a more efficient self-cleanability owing to integrated special nozzles with lower water consumption. This reduces considerably the water consumption due to shorter cleaning time and saves valuable resources. The combination fitting possesses a spring or lever vacuum valve, a reversing valve and a connection for a safety valve. In addition, the ease of maintenance was improved. As an option it is now possible to remove the lower part including the cleaning device.

There is also a new development in the range of the double-seat valves. The seat of the valves is sealed twice and therefore absolutely leakproof.

A potential leakage is indicated by the integrated leakage drain, without a critical mixing of the mediums being possible. A particularity of the KIESELMANN double-seat valves is that they switch in a leak-free way which makes the recognition of leakages easier. Thanks to the shape optimization of the seat seals, these seals are now subject to a lower load. Friction and wear were considerably reduced. Beyond this, the consumption of compressed air can be reduced - another step to a higher energy efficiency without having to do without production reliability.
