Umfrage: Sind Personaler wirklich fit im Datenschutz?

Wie fit sind Personalmanager in Sachen Datenschutz wirklich? Dieser Frage gehen die Bitkom Servicegesellschaft und die Managementberatung Kienbaum in einer neuen Studie nach. Im vergangenen Jahr hatten die beiden Kooperationspartner bereits erfolgreich eine erste Studie zum Thema "HR und Datenschutz" erstellt. Das Ergebnis: Personalmanager werden zunehmend mit dem Datenschutz konfrontiert, fühlen sich aber bei weitem noch nicht handlungssicher genug. Hier wollen die Bitkom Servicegesellschaft und Kienbaum nun ansetzen und neben HR-Managern diesmal auch die Datenschützer einbeziehen. Ziel ist es, die Selbstwahrnehmung von Personalmanagern aus der Perspektive von Datenschützern zu beleuchten.
