Die kostenlose CD enthält eine Vielzahl von technischen Berichten, Fachartikeln, Datenblättern und Links zu Online-Seminaren, die den Anwender bei der Durchführung von elektrischen Messungen in Nanotechnologie-Testanwendungen unterstützen. Mit diesen Messungen werden wichtige Parameter von Nanotechnologie-Halbleiterbauteilen und Materialien, Kohlenstoff-Nanoröhrchen, Hall-Effekt-Bauteilen, Materialien mit nichtlinearem Widerstand und vielen anderen ermittelt. Die Test- und Messlösungen auf der CD sind nach der Art der Instrumente sortiert: Stromquellen, Elektrometer und Picoamperemeter, integrierte Quellen/Messinstrumente, Nanovoltmeter, Parameter-Analysatoren und Impuls/Pattern-Generatoren.
